Known for her hands-on leadership, she personally monitors quality across all accounts and remains closely engaged with industry changes and payer requirements. Donna helps shape the company’s culture and supports its long-term growth through both operational excellence and team development.

Vice President, Sales and Marketing
Joseph N. Paolini is the Vice President of Sales and Marketing at Global Vision, where he also plays a hands-on role in overseeing day-to-day IT operations. A second-generation leader of Global Vision, with a background rooted in both business development and technology leadership, Joe has spent his career helping healthcare organizations align their operational needs with practical solutions. Joe’s education and early professional experience laid the foundation for a career focused on growth strategy, client partnerships, and operational execution. At Global Vision, Joe works closely with healthcare practices to ensure that RCM Services, Patient Experience Solutions, and IT services are not only aligned, but delivered with consistency, transparency, and a deep understanding of the realities facing independent medical providers.
