Global Vision was founded in 1993 after the founder of Global Network Systems, an IT Managed Services firm, identified a need for specialized healthcare solutions designed for independent medical practices.

With divisions for healthcare technology, revenue cycle management, and patient experience, Global Vision supports healthcare practices by providing customized solutions to ensure the continuity, compliance, and success of back office medical practice operations. Donna DeMarco leads Operations and the Revenue Cycle Management division at Global Vision, bringing decades of experience in medical billing, reimbursement, coding, and financials. A key figure at the company, Donna oversees a team of account managers and billers, ensuring every client receives consistent, accurate, and compliant RCM services. Known for her hands-on leadership, she personally monitors quality across all accounts and remains closely engaged with industry changes and payer requirements. Donna helps shape the company’s culture and supports its long-term growth through both operational excellence and team development.

Vice President, Sales and Marketing

Joseph N. Paolini is the Vice President of Sales and Marketing at Global Vision, where he also plays a hands-on role in overseeing day-to-day IT operations. A second-generation leader of Global Vision, with a background rooted in both business development and technology leadership, Joe has spent his career helping healthcare organizations align their operational needs with practical solutions. Joe’s education and early professional experience laid the foundation for a career focused on growth strategy, client partnerships, and operational execution. At Global Vision, Joe works closely with healthcare practices to ensure that RCM Services, Patient Experience Solutions, and IT services are not only aligned, but delivered with consistency, transparency, and a deep understanding of the realities facing independent medical providers.
